Summer reading isn’t just for the big kids! If you have a child under the age of 5, ask at the circulation desk about your SUMMER READING BINGO CHART. There are two different charts, one for Infants & Toddlers (ages 0 months-2 years,) and one for Preschool Age children (ages 3-5 years.)
Come in to the library to pick up a bingo card and take it home to complete it. Once the activities have been completed, bring the completed bingo card back to the library, by August 11th and receive a free board book!
The Kent Public Library is also participating in the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Come to the circulation desk at the library and fill out the enrollment packet and count all the books you read to your infant/toddler. Rewards along the way, and a surprise upon completion will be given.
