Getting a Library Card

Who is Eligible?

Kent Library Card

To Apply:

Request an application at the circulation desk. You must present photo identification and proof that you are a resident. If your photo ID does not list your current address, you may bring in an official piece of mail to verify residency. In the case of a child having no identification, a parent or official guardian must be present and verify proof of address.

You will receive your library card as soon as the application is complete. You may begin checking out materials right away! Your library card can also be used in any library within the Mid-Hudson Library System.

Replacement Cards:

If your library card is lost, you may be issued a new card for a fee of $2.00.
